Payments

PVC Planet accepts Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallet payments.

Shipping

PVC Planet ships to all major cities across India. Customers typically receive their orders within 3–8 working days.

The customer is responsible for any import duty that may be applied to their order.

Once your order is shipped, it will be delivered to the address provided during checkout. If the courier is unable to deliver after three attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

Refunds for RTO (Return To Origin) orders are not provided. You may request re-shipment by providing a correct address and contact details. Re-shipping will be done on the next working day, and delivery charges must be paid again.

Return Policy
  • Defective or Damaged Card: If your order arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, contact us immediately with clear video proof.
  • Incorrect Order: If you receive cards that do not match your order, notify us as soon as possible with unboxing video proof.
  • No Returns for Customer Preference: Returns/exchanges are not allowed if you simply dislike the product or ordered the wrong item.
  • Printing Quality Issues: If the print quality does not match our standards, report the issue with video proof.
  • Return Window: You must notify us within 2 days of receiving your order. After this period, returns may not be accepted.
  • Customer Mistake: No return/exchange for wrong product ordered by customer.
  • Our Mistake: If the issue is caused by us, we may request the product to be returned at our expense.
Replaacement or Refund

After receiving and verifying your returned item, we will offer:

  • Replacement: We will reprint and ship corrected cards at no additional cost (if the mistake is ours).
  • Refund: If replacement is not possible or preferred, we will issue a full refund for defective or incorrect cards.

No replacement or refund claim will be accepted without an authenticated unboxing video.

Free Replacement / Refund Conditions

You may request a free replacement or refund if:

  • The item received is physically damaged (with video proof).
  • Item received is missing parts or accessories (with video proof).
  • Item received is different from the description on pvcplanet.com.
  • Item received is defective or not working properly (with video proof).

You have 2 calendar days to request replacement/refund from the date of delivery.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 24 working hours.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
